Communication Wise is owned and operated by Liz Griffiths. Liz has over 25 years experience designing public-use information (from paper-based policies and forms to online content). Liz has a background in journalism, communication, technical writing (including policies and procedures), IT training and web development. She brings a unique and powerful set of skills to each project.

Through language and structure we are able to improve paper-based and online content. By “improve” we mean make it more coherent and readily understood to the audience.

We have a strong background in qualitative research and are able to apply this to public-use documents.

We have worked with Government departments and large corporations.

Communication Wise is not a temp-agency. We do not outsource our work to contractors. Liz works on – or oversees – every project to ensure the quality of the work is the best it can be.
