What is information design?
Information Design
Information design is an approach – or a process – applied to the development of clear, well structured documentation (including online content, forms and other public-use documents). Information design calls on many skills and disciplines to construct quality documents – including writing, design, psychology and research.
Every project is different. Two similar projects from the same organisation can vary because of differences in things such as goals, motivation and audience needs. For this reason, we approach each project a little differently but with four main processes – analysis, proposal, development (a reiterative process of design and review) and sign off.
